WHO
WE ARE

OUR MISSION.

Founded in 2005 by John and Kat Schroer, MAHI was born from a shared passion for empowering underserved populations in Pacific Island communities. What began as a mission to provide essential resources and development opportunities has since grown into a global initiative. Today, our programs and projects extend worldwide, including efforts here at home in the United States. At MAHI, we are dedicated to fostering long-term community development through health initiatives, education programs, and relief services. Our approach is rooted in collaboration, and over the years, we’ve built strong, meaningful partnerships with like-minded organizations. Together, we strive to create sustainable change, empowering communities to grow stronger and more resilient for generations to come.

Building stronger, together—that’s the heart of MAHI. â€‹â€‹
